Lately, with my mom ageing badly and the deaths in the family, it feels like I’m estranged from my extended family. So over the weekend we invited them over to celebrate our son’s belated 4th birthday… It was so GOOD to reconnect again. Everyone really appreciated it, I guess sometimes we need to make an effort and be the one who reaches out to family in order to stay connected 💕
