How many hours of sleep a night are we supposed to be having?
I read somewhere that we’re only supposed to sleep a few hours, wake up and do stuff, then sleep a few hours again!
Just wanted to say that going to bed early and at the same time every night for the last couple of months, is finally beginning to pay off. I can feel not only my energy reserves, but my whole mental and physical state improve too!
Can’t sleep!! I’m ADHD and I think I’ve over stimulated myself, my head is racing. Trying relaxation teqniques but not helping 😭
Might get up and go for quick walk.
Nightmares are back. Need to stop watching the news and start doing more breathe work before bed I think. Anyone else struggling with this at the minute?
Had the most amazing dream the other night. I was working as a drama coach & giving an actual lesson with fun exercises in my sleep! I woke up so happy that it genuinely made me think about starting off giving drama workshops again.
