Stoic Philosophy
Use Stoic and Hellenic teachings to stay strong, wise, and calm, learning to control what you can, accept what you can’t, and always act with honor.
Stoic and Hellenic thinkers valued community and the bonds of virtue formed over honest conversation.
They believed that to share a meal is to share life itself, which is why in ancient Greece and Rome regular events called 'Symposiums" were held where discussions on philosophy, music, poetry, and intellectual topics would occure over a shared meal.
